Our vision
A Victorian education system where all students are empowered to shape their learning experiences and influence decision-making at all levels.
Our mission
To elevate student voices, foster leadership, and drive systemic change for a more relevant, inclusive and equitable education system in Victoria.

About us
Victorian Student Representative Council (VicSRC) is the peak body and leading advocate representing school-aged students in Victoria. We were created by students to be a voice for all primary and secondary school students at the highest levels of decision making in Victorian education. Our vision is an education system that is student-led, student-driven, and student focused.
We actively promote student voice in all of our work, building the capabilities of government, schools, and community organisations to understand the importance of student voice in policymaking and school leadership, and foster genuine partnerships between education decision makers and students. We advocate for policies that reflect the needs and priorities of students, working together to ensure students are empowered to lead change in their school communities and at the systemic level.
