How to book* your spots for VicSRC Student Voice Workshops

We don't make change alone.

*Please note that in order to book tickets to a Student Voice Workshop you must be a VicSRC Partner School.

*Please also note that this year SVWs are running for secondary schools only - stay tuned for updates on our primary school program!

What Information do you need to register? 

  1. You must be a VicSRC Partner School in order to register for tickets
  2. School details
  3. Teacher details
  4. Student details including year levels

How to register

  1. Check out the workshop date and venue that suits you best
  2. Book your workshops here:
  3. Register yourself and your students
  4. Click 'Make payment'  
    Note: you don't have to pay straight away. Select 'Invoice' as your payment method to book now and pay later.
  5. Click 'Tax Receipt/Invoice' to generate your invoice
    Note: Pass the invoice on to your finance officer or school bursar.

Both! This is a unique space to collaborate, co-create and craft action plans for positive change. We become stronger when we work together, and it takes the participation of all educational leaders - students, teachers and school leadership - to make truly empowering schools.

Methods of payment

You are welcome to make payment via invoice, cheque, credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT)

EFT paymentsBSB: 083-347 | Account: 525 584 897 | Reference: Your Event Registration Number

Cheque: Please make your cheque out to 'Youth Affairs Council of Victoria Inc.'

Invoice: You can generate an invoice when you complete your group's registration record. Click 'tax receipt / invoice' to create your invoice, which you can pass on to your finance officer or school bursar for payment.

Credit Card: Simply enter your credit card details and make the payment. Click 'Tax Receipt / Invoice' to generate your tax receipt.

Terms and Conditions

As soon as a booking is submitted online it is confirmed. You are able to generate an invoice after registering all your attendees. 

Payment must be received prior to the event. Prompt payment is requested - 30 days from invoice date or first day of the event, whichever is sooner.

Cancellations will be permitted up to seven days prior to the event. If you cancel or make changes within seven days full payment will be required.

Changes to the number of students attending the events will be permitted up to seven days prior to the event, but not after this time.

Refunds may be permitted on a case by case basis - contact to enquire further.
