Ticket sales open on Monday 2 May, and close at 5pm Friday 3 June unless sold out prior.

Each school is eligible to bring up to 3 students from Year 7-12 currently attending Victorian state, independent and catholic schools.
Please note a maximum of 160 delegate places are available.
Note: On Day 3 - Open Morning, an additional 50 tickets are available for students and teachers. See 'What is the Day 3 - Open Morning?' for more info.
Earlybird: $170 per student (Monday 2 - Wednesday 18 May)
VicSRC Members: $180 per student
Non-Members: $200 per student
Day 3 - Open Morning (9.30am-12.30pm)**: $30pp
*Ticket prices include three days of accommodation, meals, delegate pack, showbag, tshirt and all conference resources. All RSVPs close on Friday 3 June 2016 unless sold out prior.
**Congress Open Morning tickets include morning tea, participation in the Lightning Lobby session, showbag, resources and entry to the Congress Session.
You called for it, and we answered! For the first time ever, we are excited welcome to students, teachers and stakeholders to an Open Morning on the final day of Congress 2016.
Open Morning visitors will meet the Congress delegates, participate in a Lightning Lobby, participate in the solutions-focussed Congress debate and presentation, and hear the announcement of the 2016-2017 Executive elections.
Day 3 - Open Morning tickets available online from Monday 6 - Wednesday 15 June.
Tickets are strictly limited on a first come, first served basis.

With the generous support of The University of Melbourne and Newsboys Foundation, VicSRC is offering up to 30 scholarships for metro and regional/rural students who would otherwise be unable to attend Congress 2016.

All delegates stay at Ormond College for two nights (Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 July) before departing at the close of the conference on the afternoon of Friday 8 July.
University accommodation is provided at Ormond College, with separate dormitories for boys and girls. Each delegate has their own single room and shared bathrooms.
Schools must arrange their students’ transport to and from Ormond College.
Students are to meet VicSRC staff at Ormond College Reception at 9am on Wednesday 6 July, and depart Ormond College at the close of the conference at 3:30pm on Friday 8 July.

VicSRC works on a supervision ratio of 1 adult:10 students. VicSRC will have trained staff and volunteers assisting with the running of Congress 2016 to ensure all students are supported and looked after. A trained first-aider will be onsite at all times.
No, teachers do not need to attend Congress 2016.
Teachers are welcome to attend the Day 3 - Open Morning. Tickets are strictly limited. See 'What is the Day 3 - Open Morning?' for more info.

Did you know that you can receive discounted ticket prices to events if you have a VicSRC Membership (Annual School Membership)?
Teachers, if your school is not a VicSRC Member (or you need to renew your current membership), simply follow the prompts to add a Membership to your booking, and then select the discounted Member price for your students.
VicSRC Memberships are valid for 12 months and cost $70. The cost of the membership is included on your invoice.
You are welcome to make payment via Invoice, Cheque, Credit Card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
EFT Payments: BSB: 083-347 | Account: 525 584 897 | Reference: Your Event Registration Reference Number.
Cheque: Please make it out to 'Youth Affairs Council of Victoria Inc.'
Invoice: You can generate an invoice when you complete your group's Registration Record. Click 'Tax Receipt / Invoice' to create your invoice, which you can pass on to your finance officer or school bursar for payment.
Credit card: Simply enter your credit card details and make the payment. Click 'Tax Receipt / Invoice' to generate your tax receipt.
As soon as a booking is submitted online it is confirmed. You are able to generate an invoice after registering all your attendees.
PAYMENTS must be received prior to the event. Prompt payment is requested (30 days from invoice date or first day of the event, whichever is sooner.)
CANCELLATIONS will be permitted up to fourteen days prior to the event. If you cancel or make changes within fourteen days, full payment is still expected.
CHANGES to the number of students attending the event will be permitted up to fourteen days prior to the event, but not after this time.
