How to book
There are a few kinds of tickets you can get!

Delegate tickets will be released on the 3rd of May 2019. Ticket sales will close 25th of June.
Each school in Victoria can have a maximum of three students attending Congress. These are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, whether the ticket is booked by a Student Member or a Partner School.
Partner School Ticket registrations must include the student’s name. Partner Schools cannot hold places indefinitely and if a registered student withdraws the ticket will be cancelled and the spot will go to the next student on the waitlist.
Student Member Tickets cannot be paid for by the school. Any tickets paid for by the school must be booked as Partner School Tickets.
How much does it cost? And how do I pay?
Delegate tickets are available to VicSRC student members and students who attend a VicSRC partner school. Cost $210.
Delegate ticket price includes accommodation, meals, delegate pack and t-shirt. There is also additional fun Congress swag available for sale before, during and after the event.
Open Morning ticket price is $30pp. But VicSRC student members and up to three teachers per partner school are able to attend for free.
Open Morning tickets include morning tea and entry to all Open Morning sessions. (Want more info on Open Morning? Check out our Open Morning page!)
You are welcome to make payment via Invoice, Cheque, Credit Card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
EFT Payments: BSB: 083-347 | Account: 525 584 897 | Reference: Your Event Registration Reference Number.
Cheque: Please make it out to 'Victorian Student Representative Council'
Invoice: You can generate an invoice when you complete your group's Registration Record. Click 'Tax Receipt / Invoice' to create your invoice, which you can pass on to your finance officer or school bursar for payment.
Credit card: Simply enter your credit card details and make the payment. Click 'Tax Receipt / Invoice' to generate your tax receipt.
